Sport Clips Haircuts of Harker Heights

I arrived at 5:30, asked for a mid fade with 1/2”-1” off the top blended with a hard part. I left at 6:50. Yolande had to salvage what was left of my hair after it was hacked to crap. I thought surely if this girl is taking so long with the clippers, she must be doing a good job. Nope, Yolande had to fix that, too. My first visit here was exceptional, and this one was absolutely not. Yolande finished 2 1/2 customers while I was there. You can tell by my pictures, that the fine didn’t in my hair was not time well spent at all.

I’m a cosmetology student and my grandmother in law said that the stylist said that they wouldn’t be able to clipper cut the sides of her hair because it was naturally curly.. if you looked at my grandmothers hair you would see it is silky straight! i cut her hair just fine and did a better job than someone who’d probably been cutting hair for years. four months of training btw and it wasn’t hard whatsoever i just had to put some effort in! if you don’t want to cut someone’s hair bc it’s hard for your ability you shouldn’t lie to the you should be honest with the client and refer them to someone who knows what they are doing. Sports clips do better and be honest towards the people who are bringing in the little business yall have.🩷🩷🩷

The manager at this location messed up my grandsons hair so bad. It was cut all uneven. Then when something was said to her she said he was moving too much. First off if you can’t cut 3 year olds hair you shouldn’t have touched it. Second off the only time he moved was when you got close to his ears. I guess that explains why you left one side long and cut the other side short. If your not comfortable cutting a guy boys hair because he moved a little bit you should have said something from the being not totally mess up his hair so that he now has to get another hair cut and be almost bald because you did a bad job. Please do better

Roxanne was very pleasant and thorough. She made sure that my haircut and eyebrows were cut exactly as I wanted them. Our conversation led me to find out that she trained at the KISD Carrier Center where I worked.

On 11/11 Veterans Day I brought my two sons to get hair cuts. This has been our 3rd or 4th visit and by far the worst. My kids both said the stylist was pushing on their heads aggressively. One hit my son’s ear twice with clippers and told him it was his fault for moving. My kids are 10 and 13 they know how to act in a barbershop and if they are a problem I expect someone to come to me about it. The waiting list was long and I understand they might have felt rushed but that’s not an excuse to act the way they did. I had to go somewhere else to fix one of the haircuts. I don’t think we will be back, I would rather pay a little more and have a consistent haircut.
