I’m giving 3 stars because the hair cut itself turned out fine. The customer service was very off putting. We will not be returning to this location. I informed the stylist that my son was autistic and that him having a screen or phone would be a helpful distraction and that I was trying to make it an easier experience for both of them (he does fine with sitting still as any other kid would but he doesn’t love the sound of clippers). She responded “no it won’t, he can have the phone when I do the top of his head”. She was extremely unprofessional and rude. In hindsight I wish I would have just pulled him out of the chair and left. Beyond being neurodivergent he’s a 7 year old kid. Your business offers hairstyling services to children so the staff should probably be able to treat them like

Onika was AMAZING with my young autistic son! She was so patient and caring. Her calming energy and positivity made the experience the best we have had in the area!! I will absolutely be returning!

This place is awesome I will only come and visit this place for my family of 6 haircuts. After many other places failed us THIS PLACE RIGHT HERE GOT IT RIGHT EVERY TIME!! My husband and I plus my 5, 7, 13, and 17 yr old sons and daughters always want to go here. They are friendly fast and worth the wait on busy days!! Hands down the best staff best location will continue going back!

“Hannah” did my husbands haircut and did awful. My mother and I had to fix his haircut and we aren’t even hairstylists!!! That’s how much hair we had taken off! Do not go to her unless you’re wanting it to be fixed afterwards. This is really disappointing.

I am normally really happy with this sports clips location. And if I’m honest, I would give these guys five stars. But I want to give this review because their waiting System is ridiculous! I got off of work in the heat of traffic, and saw that my wait time was 30 minutes. So I figured that my drive was 30 minutes I would go to the barbershop and by the time I arrived, I could get right into the chair. the problem was, the moment I got to the barbershop, my wait time mysteriously jumped from what previously was 30 minutes, to one hour! That would’ve made my entire wait one and a half hours! Now that confuses Me because I understand the stylist may Have finished the client before me in less time than expected or maybe the person who was being serviced during that 30 minute Wait canceled.
