Headliners Barbershop

So it was my first time at the barbershop around 7:20 PM yesterday afternoon 6/11/2024 I had a gentleman cutting my hair then I realized why he was Cutting my hair, I felt him messing around my gold Chain around my neck. I did ignored it at first then. when he got done cutting my hair, I went to the Family Dollar, to the atm to pull out some money to pay him then I Realized my gold chain is missing. So I proceeded back to the shop then I questioned the gentleman to give me my chain back. He told me he didn’t have it at first and he never seen me with a chain then finally give it back to me. Then the gentlemen came back outside to give me my money back, thinking I wasn’t going to say anything because he just got caught. Loved it! They were able to get us in same day, and Steve was just amazing. He was so patient with me and my boys, I'm so grateful. He did an outstanding job and showed me how to style their hair once I left. Professional and caring. Loved the atmosphere too! Pool tables, air hockey, foosball, my boys loved it! Will 100% be back!

Walk-ins are very welcome, and I love that. They are really good with kids, no matter which barber we choose, they all are very skilled. I love the atmosphere, they are very welcoming. Friendly staff. The customer service is great. The price for a kid's cut is decent as expected, I'll keep going back. Highly recommend. This is my family's go-to place for haircuts.

My daughter got a retwist done by a stylist in the salon. Services were awesome as usual. However, my daughter needed a tape up. Kevin destroyed my daughter’s double taper. He pushed/shaved her hairline back. He also dang near bald both sides of her head. When he was shown a picture of what her hair is usually is cut like, he responded “what’s the difference”. I am so pissed off! Her sister took her to the appt, she’s also pissed off! And my daughter is in tears! And for Kevin to act like it’s all good, nothings wrong pissed me off even more.

This by far has been one of my greatest experience. Walking in the door was welcoming from the start as a walk in. My barber introduced herself as Val and when I tell you this woman understood therapy in a beard line up and facial amazing experience. I now have a new barber for the Grovetown area.
