I had a fantastic experience at Sport Clips thanks to Brittany, the manager. From the moment I walked in, she was friendly, personable, and genuinely made me feel welcomed. She took the time to ask what I was looking for, offered helpful suggestions, and delivered a great haircut with attention to detail. You can tell she cares about her clients and takes pride in her work. Brittany sets the tone for great customer service, and I’ll definitely be coming back.

I’ve been coming to this location for years Occasionally brought my oldest daughter with me And would get her a trim and me a cut, Price was always reasonable. This last visit I was pretty shocked. Same scenario, but with my youngest daughter, she’s five. While I was getting my haircut, another lady cut my daughters. She only got about 3 inches off and was done in about five minutes. I did not get the MVP, nor did she. I went up to pay and the total was $70..! I was absolutely flabbergasted at the price. Apparently a $12 kid fee was added on to her cut. I probably won’t be returning here just the fact of being a loyal customer for so long and then getting bent over like that. Ridiculous.

Great location always is clean and has a friendly staff. Ashley and Brantley are my go to but everyone there is professional and does a good job. Highly recommended!

Loved the check-in before arriving at the shop. My stylist greeted me and offered a free upgrade to VIP service since it was my first visit. I passed on the offer and opted for just a haircut. Margarite gave me a great cut, following my instructions and the photo I brought with me. Seems I've found my new goto destination for hair styling.
