TERRIBLE service and completely unacceptable staff conduct. We arrived for our appointment for my 5-year-old daughter, and had already waited 25 minutes. I briefly took my daughter to the restroom (which the front desk directed me to). In that short time, the Axel bumped us from the queue, without considering waiting for 1 more minute, minimum, adding 20 more minutes. When I questioned Axel, her response was “we have a lot of clients, I don’t know everyone’s name.” As the only woman in the waiting area, (among 4 other gentlemen who were now staring my daughter & I) I believe it was fair to say she could have deduced that I was the next person in line, she showed me to the bathroom 4 minutes prior. I have followed Melissa for years and Sport Clips seems to be very well run and a great fit for her. The “Buddy coupons” are a nice perk, too.

Carolyn was amazing! I had been to other Sport Clips in years past, and this was my first time at the Coconut Pointe location. My stylist listened to what I wanted & talked me through the cut from start to finish. I was totally pleased with the result. The Triple Play is always a must & Carolyn didn't dissappoint. I will definitely be back. I also like the check in process. Very simple & convenient. Would recommend to everyone to stop by!
