From the start, she was kind, professional, and attentive, making sure she understood exactly what I was looking for before getting started. She took her time with the shaping and threading, paying close attention to detail and explaining her thought process along the way. Jessica also shared helpful information about eyebrow lamination tailored to my brows if I want to explore that in the future.
