Sport Clips Haircuts of El Paso - Sunland

After many years of trying different places, I finally found one where I truly feel comfortable at Sport Clips Haircuts. Every visit has been a good experience. The staff is friendly, professional, and always on time. The prices are fair, and I always leave feeling good about my haircut. Johanna and Miriam have both been great every time they’ve helped me — very kind and professional. I especially want to recognize Dennise. She does an amazing job, and you can tell she has a lot of experience. I really enjoy going back to her, but honestly, I feel confident with anyone there because the whole team does great work. This is definitely my go-to place now. Highly recommend

Jessica did an amazing job cutting my hair. She really knows what she’s doing and made sure everything was even and exactly how I wanted it. On top of that, her customer service was great she’s really friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable the whole time. I definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a great haircut!

I made an appointment to bring my son for a haircut and scheduled it during my lunch break. I checked in online and headed to the store. Initially it was a 25 min wait which was fine. I signed up for the first available stylist. Someone came in after me and said he didn’t have an appointment and they called him up before us and changed our time to a 2hr45min wait. It was so ridiculous. Then they took another guy that wasn’t checked in who also got there after us. If my son didn’t want to try this place so bad then I would never come back. Horrible customer service and a waste of my lunch break. We left without being seen or acknowledged at all even though we waited for about 50 minutes in store.

Sunland store has a great staff. Second time with Denise. She gives a great experience each time, and she listens to every request when cutting my hair. Doreen also has provided a good experience.

Unfortunately as a long term patron I am no longer a patron at any Sports Clip due to the horrible experience at the recent West Town location where my grandson was not treated with respect, courtesy nor empathy by a staff member and the manager response was also not acceptable.
