Update: tried to come again…they changed their hours and didn’t update anything online. This place is such a disappointment! Showed up at 4:55pm on a Tuesday (not my first time coming to this location at this time of day) for 2 of my son’s haircuts. Online check in was not available even though they had an hour left (they close at 6pm). 2 stylists were standing behind the counter chatting. The assistant manager (shorter lady with shorter hair) said we could not check in because there were 2 pending online checkins. I debated with her for a few minutes. My main argument being that each boys haircut has never taken more than 15 minutes and the online checkin clients have not even arrived. She was not willing to budge and stated this is how they run things. We went across the street to Gre

Went to take my son after work, the store closes at 6pm on Tuesdays but when we got there at 5:39, the door was locked and the lights were off. I knocked on the door and an older blonde lady, chubby in stature, appeared from her chair area then walked to the back and didn’t turn around to address us. I understand not being able to take someone at 6pm but this was 20 minutes before closing time. It doesn’t even take 20 minutes to cut his hair! We went to Great Clips across the street and they were packed with people with an hour long wait! Please do better and at least stay open until posted hours. Thank you.

We cannot say enough great things about Alison at SportClips! She is our go-to for both my husband and 14-yr-old son. My son had a pretty awful haircut from another place and she not only fixed it, but took notes along the way of what he was wanting. We left with a great haircut (and very happy kid) and continue to get amazing cuts every time we go back to her!

Lazy people. They don't close until 6 but won't take walk-ins at 4:55pm when online check-in is off. 2 hair dressers in playing on their phones waiting for 2 online check-in that weren't there and won't take anyone else? Whoever owns this business should look into how abhorrently lazy their assistant manager is. Not a good business strategy at all. We went to Great Clips across the street and got the service we needed. I see someone else reviewed about the doors being locked at 5:38pm and this just confirms how the employees and assistant manager don’t care about the business at all.
