My hair is very difficult and she was very patient and helpful with answers to problems I was having. I have only a small amount of facial Hairston I keep a mustache and goatee. When I mentioned how difficult it was from to keep it all even, she asked if she could do it. I said yes and again it was exceptional and even.

for the LOVE OF GOD do NOT get Gracie as your stylist. That was literally the worst haircut of my life. She did not do a single thing right, didn't get even remotely get close to the simple cut i wanted and actively didn't listen to the advice her supervisor gave her. I've been a customer of this location for 2 years and i will NOT be coming back here.

I was over charged for a haircut when I usually pay $21 dollars for the past 6 years I’ve been going there. I will not be going back after paying $40 with just a haircut.

worst haircut experience of my life. My stylist had absolutely no idea what see was doing, and didn’t know how to communicate whatsoever. I asked for a trim, half off the sides and a inch off the top, I have maybe 3 inches on the sides and 6-7 on the top. I told her this and she was like, so like a two for the sides? I thought she meant inches, and I said yeah, try and see, and it was a little too short, Told her so and she was like okay so like a one and SHE SHAVED PART OF MY HEAD. turns out she was actually referring to razor attachments, which I have no idea about because I’m not a stylist and PAY TO GET MY HAIRCUT. I literally walked out mid haircut, I didn’t grab her name, but she should be fired, no idea how she got that job in the first place. I really didn’t ask for anything compli
