Nice people, but butchered my hair. Never did I speak of a high and tight. 22 years getting my haircut on military bases and this is above and beyond a high an tight. It is also uneven. The owner is a vet and I hope he does the right thing. Sadly I must purchase a hat. Shame

I don’t mind being offered add-ons — I get that it’s part of the business. But what really bothered me is that I said “just a basic haircut” and made it clear I didn’t want anything extra. Despite that, I was still charged for add-ons I never agreed to. This wasn’t the first time I’ve had issues here, but I've always tried to give a few chances. I have had positive experiences here but being charged for extra services after specifically saying "just a basic haircut" is unacceptable.

I love the fact that Amanda took the time to understand my wants and needs, as well as the unique way my hair grows. Being the first time she has cut my hair, it was a great experience to have questions asked before some just jumped in and started cutting. Amanda was great!
