If I could give Christine 0 stars, I definitely would! I booked her for a conditioning treatment (which she accepted and confirmed) and arrived 10 min early to my appointment. She never showed up. The other stylist was kind, and texted her for me, only to reveal that she was out of town for the whole day. The stylist asked me to call her for rescheduling. I did and despite having to drive across town and waste most of my morning, she wouldn’t budge for a discount given the inconvenience. Poor customer service at its finest! Christine wasted most of my morning and has only a half hearted apology to offer me for the inconvenience. This is so unacceptable, and I definitely will never be back!

Jenifer is the best!! She has given me an incredibly beautiful style and keeps it lovely. She is fun while styling - always happy and super friendly!!!

Nikki is terrible. This is the 2nd appointment I have made and she has been late to or not showed up. Had a wedding this weekend and I will be going to another stylist. NO APOLOGIES!

I have been going to Jenifer for years. I always leave loving my new look. She is the best of the best!
