I hardly write reviews I’m not picky at all but this time I need to do it I just went to get a pedicure And when I arrived, I'm not going to lie, they were very kind but when she started working on my nails They didn't clean my toenails well. I ordered a shellac and they didn't paint my nails well. I had a lot of lumps and uneven nails Don't go there if you don't want to waste your TIME and MONEY they charge $ 61 for THIS!!

Helen is the most unprofessional owner I’ve ever experienced. We have been coming here for over 18 years to see Li the main nail tech. Today she left me over an hour sitting in the chair while she ran to the pharmacy to “pick up medication for her sick daughter” she wanted me to pay before I was even done getting my pedicure and hadn’t even started my manicure. I said I only had a card and preferred to pay after she was done. She said Li couldn’t take payments so she would do my manicure and pay once she gets back. Fast forward an hour plus of waiting in the pedicure chair for her to return and do my gel manicure (the owner is the only one who does gel/shellac/dip) my tech calls her on the phone and asks where she is and she said she’s on the way. I went here for the first time to get a dipping powder service, the ladies were friendly but the lady that did my nails hurt me pretty bad with the drill even after I washed my hands my fingers kept bleeding. I like the results of my nails the price was cheap compared to other nearby places I've been to, but I will probably not come back here.

I’ve been coming here for over 10 years for acrylics and dip powder. Helen is the best. She pays attention to detail and is thorough. I read a recent review about Helen leaving in the middle of an appointment. I can attest that if that happened, it had to be a real emergency. Never in my 13 years going there has she ever left the shop, for any reason. It’s not a high-end shop with many techs, but the pricing is reasonable Helen is great.

Lovely service and nice shoulder massage and hot stone massage with pedicure. Very cute and relaxing place. She painted pretty hearts on my nails too!
