Jo was awesome! She got to know my needs before we started and communicated the whole time. She helped me understand the needs of my particular hair type and how to get my desired style at home. Very laid back and modern environment. (You wouldn't know it by the outside of the building) The price was very reasonable - you get what you pay for! I will be returning!
