Very calming and relaxing spa. Both the Signature body massage & Lymphatic face massage were wonderful experiences. The welcome was excellent and the team was fantastic — very friendly & attentive; Albert was amazing. Definitely one of the best spas in the city and I recommend to all !!

One of the best massages I’ve had in my life. Staff are super warm, friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Upon entering they give you water and tea and a warm towel for your hands. The waiting room is gorgeous and from the second you walk in, you feel at peace. Been super stressed lately and I feel like a new person after their services. 100000/10 would recommend to anybody!

I tried both the Lymphatic Facial and the regular facial at Spencers Spa (Floor 4 and Floor 2), and I’m completely obsessed. This is by far the best spa in New York City. The vibe is incredible - so calm and relaxing! The massages are next-level, truly European high standard - you feel so relaxed after and your skin is just amazing . I love every detail, from the little socks they give you at the start to the relaxing cup of tea after the treatment. Every single touch feels intentional and elevates the experience. I also gifted the body massage to my boyfriend and he absolutely loved it!!!!

My favorite spa in the city. I go every 2-3 weeks to see a specific massage therapist (I’m gatekeeping her name since she’s already hard to book!), but you’ll definitely find your favorite therapist here. The monthly membership makes it easy to come back, and they have promos and flash sales to look forward to. I have to travel 50 mins to get here from South Bronx and it’s worth it every single time 💖

My visit to Spencer's Spa in Soho was my first, and the experience was truly delightful. Upon entering the spa, I immediately noticed the peaceful atmosphere and pleasant scents that filled the space. The front desk staff warmly welcomed me, adding to the overall sense of tranquility. The spa itself is both beautiful and serene, providing an ideal setting for relaxation and self-care. The thoughtful design and calming environment enhanced my experience from the moment I arrived. During my visit, I received a Signature facial from Dasha. She demonstrated exceptional skill and care throughout the treatment. After the facial, I felt refreshed, clean, and completely relaxed, making the experience at Spencer's Spa truly memorable. I will go back. Thank you everyone!
