Adam and Brayden were awesome to work with! Adam put up with us going back and forth between tubs and was very helpful and understanding. We never felt pressured and they made the experience of buying our first tub great. We purchased our tub on a Tuesday and it was delivered and setup the next day! I would 100% recommend them. Awesome job guys!!!

Our Master Spas hot tub was about five months old when it broke down in September (wouldn’t heat and would shut off after a minute). We reached out to the store many times and had the repairman out twice, but the issue wasn’t resolved during this time. Communication during those months was challenging and we weren’t sure when the tub would be fixed, which was stressful with below freezing temps setting in. Update: The repair tech, Jay, came out yesterday and got the tub working again. It turned out to be a faulty sensor that needed to be replaced. We’re relieved the tub is finally fixed. Overall, while the delays were frustrating, we’re glad things are back on track, the tub is up and running, and we’re feeling good about our purchase with Spas Factory Direct again.

Overall a great experience buying our first hot tub. We shopped many places and Spas Factory Direct offered the best value for us and more importantly they were the most interested in us as a customer. They also held the tub until our new concrete was poured to make it easy. We have had our master spa for about 7 months now - no issues with regular use. Highly recommend

He was knowledgeable and has been helpful after the delivery with questions.The delivery team did an awesome job with hook up, filling and setup. We used our Spa within hours of install. There is no better way to start the day or end the day than in a Spa.
