I saw a commercial on TV for this place, but as a consumer, I feel an obligation to check out the ratings of a store, read, the Google reviews from the lowest to the highest and and customers are gonna have complaints. Not all customers are right. Despite the old adage\nBut What most discouraged me from stepping foot into this store is the way the owners handled their negative comments Very Childish and they pretty much made the case for the person, leaving a negative review (Being Rude.) So there, what can you say to that? You lost a customer before they even walk through the door people are gonna have complaints. It's about the way you handle them, I'm not impressed. We live in a technological age, people can go To your business digitally and review past and present good and bad reviews

I've just recently started going here. This is my very first year buying hair to use in my hair braids. Its also my first year getting my hair braided. The quality of the hair and the price(s) of the hair are amazing. Certainly no complaints here. I will continue to keep getting my hair from here.

They have a good selection of items. At the time just didn't have what I needed.

Most disrespectful staff. Constantly stare at you while you shop. Steals money if you dont pay attention your receipt. The manager is very disrespectful and they are very rude . If you purchase something be sure to examine it thoroughly before purchasing!! I had a container that was open that I didnt opened I didn't realize until I was home. They would not refund me and called me a liar and incriminated me when I told them. Also not to mention this was always my first pick because of how great of a inventory they have. Its just every time i went i was either being discriminated, or have something wrong with the product being sold ( damaged, or used.)
