Sparkling Ridge Movement and Massage

Jess is awesome! I have been dealing with acid reflux and some inflammation in my stomach and this lymphatic drainage massages have been so helpful. She not only educates me on things to do at home to keep up with the lymphatic drainage system, but she also can work around anything that is aggravating you and is always checking in. She has helped me and my bloating issues immensely. I highly recommend if you are in new Paltz, looking for some help debloating.

Jess is absolutely amazing! She is incredibly professional and welcoming, and has curated a very safe and relaxed environment. The massage was just what I needed - perfect pressure, soothing ambiance, and attention to detail. She was tremendously helpful with the issues I was dealing with in my body, and also provided me with additional exercises to work on my own and left feeling completely refreshed! I will definitely be coming back!

I had my first visit with Jess at Sparkling Ridge. She was very flexible and accommodating and has a very nice private studio in a pretty area near New Paltz. I saw her specifically because of her knowledge of massage and myofascial release techniques. She is warm and friendly and clearly invested in taking good care of people and customizing to their needs. We did active and assisted stretching as well as some massage. I originally came to Jess for a massage focused on shoulder impingement from rock climbing. She targeted all the right areas, used the perfect amount of pressure, and made sure I was comfortable throughout. By the end, my shoulder felt noticeably better! Less tight, with improved range of motion. Highly recommend if you’re dealing with any kind of discomfort or healing from an injury. The calming studio space was an added bonus!

Jess does an excellent job of tailoring a massage to your exact needs. I received a massage from her 6 months postpartum with a stiff back and a tight rotator cuff. She listened to all my concerns and I left feeling much looser and greatly renewed. She gives very personalized care in a beautiful and relaxing space.
