I have been going to Pheeb at Lush for years now and I have been stunned each and everytime I go! She has done rainbow hair, purple hair, and blue! I love the options for the colorful styles and the colors last! I was amazed at how my hair held onto the color for almost a year with natural fading. In every stage of my hair it always looked new and the compliments I received were never ending!

Lush is such a hidden gem! I see Kristin for my shellac manicures every two weeks, and my nails have never looked better. The high quality shellac they use protects the integrity of your nails, and Kristin takes her time to make sure the nail shape and polish application are perfect. These are the best manicures I’ve ever had and I always receive compliments - I would highly recommend to anyone!

I had a really disappointing experience with Stephanie. She was very rough while doing my nails, cut my finger, and made my nail bleed. Instead of stopping and properly addressing it, she continued like it wasn’t a big deal. The work itself was also sloppy and not what I asked for. Overall, the service felt careless and unsafe, and I left uncomfortable and unhappy. I wouldn’t recommend booking with her.

Wanted to cry after seeing how my nails turned out, especially since they were for my wedding. :( $55 Gel polish. Lifting after 1 week, has bubbles throughout. Uneven sides. Requested cat-eye effect only present in 2 out of 10 nails, need a stronger magnet. Paid for additional time due to the 1st attempt ran out of the gel color mid-manicure with my natural nail bed still visible. I was told my nail bed was supposed to be visible the first time because of the type of polish… but that’s never happened before. I think it was because the bottle ran out.

For over a year, Kristen at Lush has been my rock, not just for my sanity but also for my ever-evolving hair adventures. From the bold transition of black to vibrant orange, to embracing a mullet, Kristen has consistently shown enthusiasm for my ideas. What sets her apart is not just her hair skills but her ability to genuinely listen and understand my vision. With each visit, she navigates the spectrum of possibilities, helping me figure out what I wanted. Currently, I have a warm, dark brown color paired with a shag cut and baby bangs. Although my look is more tame than previous looks, I always leave Kristen feeling good about myself. She is amazing and I absolutely adore her!
