Sparkle Nails

Went today, got my shellac manicure and pedicure done. There were two customers and 2 workers when I went in. The lady took me after about 15mins after she was done with her client. I used my Groupon, which she took care of. She did my manicure, which isn't the best job I've had done to my nails. My pedicure is another thing, which the guy did. While they had good attitudes, I don't think I'll be going back. If I had to pay full price, I would've been more upset. I'll stick to getting acrylic, or just painting my nails myself. Also, don't use this address on Google, your destination is the street side haha I used the address from my Groupon. The place is in the back where O2 fitness is. You may get lost.

I like the location of this place & the service is good. Been going in the evenings & the owners 3 kids are there. That's fine; I don't mind kids! But the little ones are clearly ready to go & it makes me feel awkward when they are asking to leave constantly. Thought it was a one time thing, but it happened the last 4 visits. I felt like a bother, so I found a new nail place. I thought their prices were good, but actually found a slightly lower price for gel manicure/regular pedicure.

I don't usually leave bad reviews, but I wish I'd known what it's like here before trying it. I need to redo my pedi and the eyebrow wax is uneven. Plus I had to wash the leftover wax off my skin when I got home (alot of it). Even though there were only two of there as customers when I went, the customer service was rushed and not pleasant. Maybe they were just having a bad day, but I was disappointed & wish I'd saved my time and money.

I called in to make an appointment she asked me what I needed to be done I told her “shellac mani and pedi” she said you got group on I said“yes” she said I give you for the same price you pay here I said no I bought mines already .she said she had no appointments available I decided to stop by the location there was no one there then I told her needed manicure pedicure she was really happy until I showed her my GROUPON she then said i can cancel Groupon in 3 days and pay here there instead I said no . She began doing my nails really bad , really bad service at one point she said I should do my nails since I know what I’m doing I tip her and left she was really rude

My nails looked better before I got here. Worst fill I have ever gotten. Wavy, crooked nails, too few coats of polish that is all over my cuticles. I now have to go get them done AGAIN and pay someone else to fix what happened here. Ridiculous. Never again.
