Spalon Montage

Got my nails done by Sophia. They look okay but I’m disappointed that there are specks and stains left visible from previous nail polish I had worn and the white tips are a bit shaky and uneven and don’t cover all of my natural nails. Sophia didn’t smile one single time for my entire appointment. I don’t know her, but it really seemed like she couldn’t be bothered to be there and she seemed annoyed and angry the whole time which made the whole experience very unpleasant and the results not worth it.

I’m honestly not sure what happened here just went in for a haircut, showed pictures, and said I like the ends blended so there aren’t chunky choppy layers. Left with the worst haircut of my life. I didn’t fully notice until the first wash after I left because of how she styled it to cover her mistakes but my hair was uneven on both sides in addition to these scary layers. My new hair stylist was horrified and it’s unfortunately going to take my hair growing out and a few more cuts for this to be fixed.

"We don't have time for that" as she proceeds to spend 3 HOURS applying bleach and rinsing to my head, turns out my LIGHT BROWN HAIR wasn't light enough to actually look blonde. I told her before she started doing my hair "Hey, I have overtone in so you'll probably need to do a color remover treatment" and so she agreed, went to get it, came back, and just put bleach on my head. She even admitted to me after the appointment that she didn't even know what overtone was??? And she still bleached it??? Even deeper into my hair?? I asked for a FULL BLONDE and she didn't even foil the ends. My friend literally bleached her hair AT HOME in 40 MINUTES as a GINGER and got better results. And after all of this, I paid 240$. FOR

I highly recommend Ashlee Corning for balayage, foils and haircuts. I’ve been seeing her for 5 years. When we first met she helped me transition from platinum blonde to natural blonde. My hair is much more healthy as a result, I look more youthful, and receive many compliments. In addition, Ashlee is a great listener and takes pride in her work. Look no further for cut and color.

I visited this location with my Mom on Valentines Day. We both had a massage on collagen facials. The staff are amazing and very professional. The massage was 110% and the facial removed 8 years off of my face. Thank you so much! The only complaint I have is that the guests receiving hair treatments can sit in the "relaxation" area. During our massage we could hear people talking in that area and when relaxing in the room between our massage and facial there were two obnoxious women watching TikTok reels and laughing/swearing. No so relaxing for us. Maybe find another place for non-spa patrons to sit. I love Spalon, but this location is not for me.
