Great Clips

Most of the staff here is pretty good and are nice. However, every single time I’m here, there is ALWAYS an employee who is just standing around doing nothing. Maybe it’s the manager? It’s not always the same person though. They just sit in a chair, occasionally sweep, mostly on their phone, but they never take a customer for a haircut. Very weird and it slows things down significantly.

I had taken my son for a beard trim. And it helps me because my son has a skin problem with dealing with skin Psoriasis And his face and hair gets this flakey skin condition. And it bothers my son alot. I need to get my son a decent shaver . So he can shave his beard and mustache. But also keep his hair cut done when he needs it to help his scalp. But it does help me alot. And I really like going to great clips. Because the price is reasonable. And the hair stylist employees are very helpful. In taking care of my sons personal care. It helps alot. I dont like the check in app. Because when they are really booked up. Then you can't get the service you want. And yet the company says you can walk in. To get service. So that's statement is false. Especially when you want sevice. And having

Katrina is passive aggressive. She had her coworker cut my hair. I came in for her to cut it. I asked for two inches off the BACK. She cut all of my hair two inches without asking me and I just sat there in horror seeing what was left of my brown hair chopped off. Katrina was abusive as well as her colleague who cut all of my hair off. The left side of my hair is bare. I asked another store to fix it. Erin said she'd look at it but the neglect was more than I deserve. They should have reimbursed me but they take issue following satisfaction guaranteed policies!!!

Never had a more rushed haircut in my life. I wasn't in the chair more than 5-7 minutes and sent out the door.

Uneven bangs and coller. The stylist was very distracted. Not the worst cut I've had but close to it. I didn't think about this until after I left but she never took the mirror out to show me the back and sides. She flew through my cut in about ten minutes. No tip. Wont be back.
