Major billing problems since October 2024, new system apparently that's very glitchy and the customer service for billing issues has been shipped offshore. It has been an utter nightmare to interact with the office managers and the billing department. Problems started in October with an unauthorized charge for a monthly bill two weeks after I had made a payment and the account was current. Their system didn't record this withdrawal and I provided bank statements to that effect. Four months letters and hours spent on this, they still have not resolved it and have added late bills to my account and have even done unauthorized charges to cover the late payments they caused. There is a reason why they have complaints with consumer reports and a rating of less than ZERO. They are a horrible company to work with . They nickel and dime you to death. The $1,800 security deposit is never returned. They charged a $450 cleaning fee. Our office was 7x10 with one desk. Why would they need to charge that fee- it was immaculate. The worst experience I have ever had renting an office space. Save your money!

This is a great place to set up shop for a little bit! Front desk is always super nice and helpful and there are plenty of amenities.

Great place with amazing management (especially Emma). Spotless facility that went above and beyond the photos. I had to take a last min trip to SLC and they helped me get booked. They have thought of everything. When I had to take a call in one of the zoom rooms, my first thought was I needed to find some paper to take notes and there was a notepad and pen on the table for me. This was my first visit and Emma took me on a tour to show me the facility and Fardowsa was amazing helping me get connected to the Wi-Fi. 10/10 would recommend to a friend.

Overall, had a great experience renting office space here. The staff was friendly and engaging. The offices were well put together and the space was well decorated.
