If I could give zero stars, I would. I was given a tour and told that if I signed that day, I would get a free month and I could start either this month or the next month, and I just needed to notify management. Well, I signed then reach out to management twenty days later saying that I want to start in a few days. I was told that my billing already started and that I am past due. They told me that there is nothing they can do about it. A good company would have honored their word and corrected the date, especially if their sales person made that mistake. Normally for business interactions, if you want to cancel, you give a three months notice, but for them, they make you pay out the entire contract even if you haven’t received your keys to your office or entered the building. Best shared workspace in America. Bar none! This location is great, Jeff, Dee, others are fantastic. Would HIGHLY recommend. Fantastic spot in baltimore and short walk to great restaurants and coffee shots

I have had Spaces accounts for two separate businesses since 2021. I had my accounts on autopay with cc's. Spaces had an internal issue that caused them to stop charging the cards I had setup on autopay. after which they charged me hundreds of dollars in late fees. When I contacted management in regards to the late fees they refused to remove them even though I paid all of my legit charges in full when made aware of the issue. They as a company and individuals are tone deaf, unreasonable, and operate as if the customer is the enemy. I advise contacting a small law office or independent provider for virtual office space for more than 1/2 the price and infinitely better customer service.

I’m incredibly disappointed with my experience with Sapces - Baltimore - Stadium Square. I’ve been trying to get my retainer refunded for over two months, and the process has been unnecessarily difficult and frustrating. Initially, I was told it would take 30 days, but due to unclear instructions from their team, it extended to another 30 days. Even after following up, I’m now waiting an additional 18 days with no resolution in sight. To make matters worse, I was asked to provide a copy of my bank statement to “aid in their investigation,” which feels like an invasion of my privacy. While I complied in hopes of expediting the process, I find it deeply concerning that a company would require such invasive measures to address what should be a simple refund. The way Sapces handles its accoun

I can say this is a terrible place. It's not the building, the location is great. It's the business practices conducted and performed by (to my knowledge) Community Manager (the position may no longer be there) Dyllan Peterson (who may or may not still be at the location or in position) and City Manager Patricia Otten (aka Patty Otten (who may or may not be in the position)). The rental rates skyrocket at weird rates and times. Not only that, but you gotta pay for everything and I mean EVERYTHING. Want Wi-Fi? Money Want to print? Money Want to get coffee? Money Want to just use the space even though you have an office? BIIIG MONEY. But yknow...at least the views are kinda okay.
