It’s the nicest co-working space I’ve ever leased . The previous front desk team was fair … FORTUNATELY—- Genevieve and Jen - THE CURRENT TEAM- are Elite at their jobs and always positive . Highly recommended!!!!

My team works remote, and we used this place for a week of meetings. The staff was excellent, and the facilities were very clean and stocked. Some people have mentioned privacy, but it is mainly due to the modern architecture’s acoustics. I recommend that they install a white noise system. I have seen that work in a similar office. You can do it yourself with a Bluetooth speaker if you are concerned about privacy.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with management here. Due to billing issues on their end, my account was paused and I was locked out of the space for three weeks — yet they refused to offer any refund or credit for the lost time, costing me about $200. When I raised the issue, their manager, Sam Metcalf, provided no reasonable solution or accountability. It’s unfortunate because the space itself is nice, but consistent with the other reviews, the management and customer service are seriously lacking. Their 3.8-star average (and 3.2 at their other location) reflects that reality.

I had a nearly identical experience to the reviewer who posted here two months ago. We were friends and held memberships at the same time. In response to his review, management publicly stated that he could reach out and they would help resolve the issue. I can personally confirm that he did reach out and never received a response. That is the core problem. Publicly offering to resolve an issue, then ignoring the follow-up, is completely unprofessional. We would both be open to removing our reviews if the situation were actually addressed. As it stands today, the experience with management and customer service has been consistently unprofessional, which aligns with the broader pattern reflected in other reviews. The space itself is fine. The issue is management accountability.

There is absolutely no soundproofing so there is no privacy. The rent for the offices is a bit high. Seems to be that they get you in and then jack the rates the next lease signing. So there is lots of turnover with the other renters and tons of empty rooms. Nobody working at reception takes care of the place. The kitchen is usually a mess, see picture from this morning. Nothing ever seems to get done around this place, and our mail doesn't get delivered. Wish there was any desire from the team to provide a decent level of customer service.
