I can’t recommend W Spa—and especially Jennifer—highly enough. The space itself is lovely and impeccably clean, but the real magic is Jennifer. She truly has fingers of gold. I’ve had several facials with her now, and every single one has been exceptional. An hour with Jennifer feels like an hour in heaven—deeply relaxing, incredibly soothing, and genuinely effective. You leave glowing, refreshed, and already planning your next appointment. If you’re even thinking about booking a facial here, ask for Jennifer. You won’t regret it!

Rebecca got frustrated with me when I told her the overfiling was hurting me. Candy finished the job, though unorthodox, and did alright but my thumb nail paint just fell off and I got them done today. This is the WORST experience I have ever had getting my nails done. I asked for gel nails with the small plastic tip on the end of my nail and they charged me for two services ($120 for my nails to be done). When I was with Rebecca I reinstated I wanted gel nails & she laughed at me and said to Candy “now she wants gel nails” mockingly and began to get frustrated with me. I asked why she was getting frustrated and then someone moved me to Candy. Viviana is absolutely fantastic! You should specifically request her if you visit. She's available from Friday to Monday. My gel manicure, regular pedicure, and 10-minute massage were the best I've ever experienced. Viviana is truly a gem—professional and worth every penny. The $80 cost is a steal for the exceptional service she provides. I'll be a weekly visitor for sure.

I needed an ATM urgently, and they refuse to let me use theirs. They receive money through an ATM fee, so they should have no problem with non-customers using their ATM .
