After a previous letdown, I was hopeful yet cautious about my recent facial appointment. I’m thrilled to say it exceeded all expectations! The moment I arrived, the calming ambiance set a positive tone. Dora was incredibly skilled and attentive, customizing the treatment to my skin’s needs. From the gentle cleansing to the refreshing mask and relaxing massage, my skin now feels revitalized and glowing. If you’ve had a bad experience before, this place is worth a visit. I’m delighted to have found a new favorite for my skincare! Highly recommended! Will be back again!

This spa is a little hidden gem of Hanalei, and is the place to go for a fabulous facial! Dora is a knowledgeable skilled esthetician, she gives a wonderful massage, and then to top it off, she is a most lovely person! My daughter and I both had facials, we both agreed this was one of the best facials we have ever had, it had everything, results driven skin care and relaxation. (My daughter and I are both estheticians ourselves, previously I specialized in facials at a 5 star destination spa, and currently own my own spa out of state). Whether you live in Hanalei or are on vacation, a facial at Spa Soul Skin is a must!
