Spa Nails

I took my sister to get her nails done with me at Spa Nails last week. I asked for the design in the picture I included, my sister got the exact same design. Her nails were a little longer and we both got coffin shape. Obviously going to be a little more expensive. I left paying $120 dollars for two sets of nails when the first time I came I paid $40 for myself and $50 for hers. I guess they just decided since it’s tax time they need to charge people ridiculous amounts. I had three fingers get cut due to the excessive filing of my skin, not my nails. The NEXT DAY. This is what my nails looked like. The paint was peeling off. My sisters nails peeled off. We ended up having to remove the rest of the paint and just painted our nails ourselves. My nails are okay, not perfect, but I like them enough. My biggest issue was with the cleanliness of the salon and the service. First of all, the UV drying lights are absolutely disgusting. There is paint and grime all over them. I didn't even want to put my hand under them and they were so nasty. Secondly, the older lady that did my SNS was trying to sell me just about everything on their list. She asked me twice if I wanted to get my eyebrows done, And she kept pushing me to get a design on my nail when I said I didn't want one. I told her I wanted almond shape and she told me it was gonna be five dollars extra. I've never heard of this, shaping your nails is included in the service?? I had to cheat on my regular nail tech due to scheduling conflicts and a couple broken nails that needed immediate attention. One place said they had time so i went but they refused service because my nails are too long. So i went here and they were able to accommodate me and my long nails! Ann did an amazing job. They are beautiful! You will not be disappointed here! This is coming from a very picky lady and i don't play when it comes to my nails! Thanks again for fitting me in. I'm very impressed!

They are nice. My gel peeled off my nail and they fixed it for free a few days later. Other places would have charged you a minimum of $5.

My daughter was so thrilled that they had seats just for kids and said the massage chair was fun! They paid as much attention to her as they did any other adult customer, and were kind and thoughtful throughout the service. We will definitely be back soon as the prices were reasonable, and we had no wait to walk right in!
