Ms Gina is such a great soul. I had the best relaxing spa session. The massage, facial, foot treatment, reflexology and back cupping helped me relax. Loved talking to her as well as she is such an amazing conversationalist, especially with me being such an introvert. She offered selection of candle, essential oils and lotions to choose from which was really refreshing as usually one doesn’t get all the options. Loved the mint lotion and lemongrass essential oils. She was upfront about the $100 gratuity and I didn’t mind it as it was very reasonable. She offered cash or Venmo options. The spa was easy to locate thanks to the board near the car parking. In response to my husband’s purchase of a Groupon for us, I strongly advised him to thoroughly review the accompanying review prior to booking our services. Unfortunately, the service did not meet our expectations and provided a subpar experience. The massage was inadequate in duration and quality. The massage therapist’s excessive noise and inattentiveness to the task of obtaining necessary products detracted from the overall experience. Furthermore, the therapist’s prolonged back-and-forth movements to apply lotion and products rather than delivering the massage were excessive. While the facial was satisfactory and induced a sense of relaxation, I, as a licensed esthetician, was disappointed by the lack of cleanliness and organization in the implements and products. My friend and I went and had a massage and facial done at Spa Moments and it was absolutely amazing. Everyone was so kind and caring and did an excellent job. Would definitely go back!
