This was one of the best massages I’ve ever had. Jaimie really listened to what I needed and spent extra time focusing on the areas I mentioned, especially my hips, which tend to hold a lot of tension. I left feeling noticeably better and much more mobile. Highly recommend if you’re looking for someone who truly pays attention and tailors the massage to your body.

What an incredible massage experience! Jaimie made me feel so comfortable. I love that she started the consultation by asking if I had any areas that needed to be focused on. My left shoulder has always given me trouble, the relief I felt was almost immediate. The pressure was absolutely perfect—not too light, not too deep—just right to work out the tension while still keeping everything peaceful and relaxing. I have gone to many massage therapists in the castle rock/denver area and Jamie is the best! I suffer from persistent muscle spasms due to a car accident, and she is always able to get them to calm down and offer me some relief.
