UPDATE: the director of the spa reached out to me to listen to my experience and sufficiently remedied the situation. I visited the spa today and purchased three 60-minute massages for myself, my sister, and my mom (for her birthday). My mom enjoyed her massage and massage therapist (Mike). My sister and I were both blown away by the lack of relaxation that came with each of our massages. From the first moment when we were both barked at to follow our therapists along to our rooms to both therapists speaking in full volume loud voices the entirety of the massages, slamming items around, and acting completely rushed with every stroke - normally I am sad when a massage is ending, but with this I was happy to get off the table. I had the best massage of my life today, thanks to Garry Leath!! Worth every penny! You can definitely tell he has decades of experience as a masseuse. He is also just a gem of a human- so friendly and kind. I will be coming back to the resort just to see him again. Best hands in the land! :)

The BEST massage by Garry Leath. Not only did he get all of my tightness massages away, he is very personable and has a great energy about him. Highly recommend him plus the CBD oil that he can massage into create amazing relaxation.

Beautiful grounds but this spa is ridiculously OVERPRICED. I’ve visited many spas but this one was very below standard. Pedicure was just OK. First of all train the employees to actually smile and welcome you. The so called massage portion consisted of throwing some lotion on the lower part of my legs and the top of my feet. If they are making you pay 22% tip up front the service should be outstanding not mediocre . You are better off driving away from the property to get a real pedicure. A total ripoff.

The spa here is a MUST. I had the most incredible facial from Sally. From the minute she came to get me for my treatment she made me feel like family. She did such an amazing job and my skin has never looked better thanks to her! She’s seriously such an amazing human 😍 Also you should do a salt scrub! Wow what a treatment! Your skin feels so smooth after! I did mine with Aliah who was also INCREDIBLE! I absolutely loved her as well! The staff really go above and beyond here and it makes a big difference! I want to come back every year just to see them!
