I had a great experience at European Wax Center. My service with Priscilla was amazing — she truly made the entire process feel incredible. She focused on making me feel comfortable the whole time, which I really appreciated. Checking in with Ashley was also a wonderful experience. She was friendly, welcoming, and made the start of my appointment smooth and pleasant. At the end of check-in, she gave me a referral card and clearly explained what it was for, which I appreciated. However, I did feel uncomfortable when Ashley was being corrected about what she was doing wrong in front of me and another customer who was waiting. That type of feedback should be handled privately. As customers, we shouldn’t be placed in a position where we’re witnessing employee performance issues. It reflects

I had such a wonderful experience here in European wax center in La Quinta! From the moment I walked in, catalina greeted me with a smile and excellent customer service was so cheerful and welcoming. Emily greeted me so warmly and made me feel very welcome and extremely happy. She did an amazing job with my eyebrows I absolutely love them! Thank you, Emily, for your kindness and great work! 😊

My daughter and I had a fantastic experience from start to finish. Catalina at the front desk was so welcoming and made check-in a breeze for us. My wax with Emily was hands-down one of the best I’ve had she’s professional, thorough, and makes you feel totally comfortable. Highly recommend this team!

I had my first experience and love it highly recommend. From the front desk to the wax specialist. Catalina was very polite, friendly and helpful with the service, and upselling great customer service.Priscilla was very attentive in how I felt wanted me to be very comfortable. Making sure if the wax was feeling ok on my skin. Really recommend the la Quinta location definitely coming back!

First timer here and I Have 0 complaints. Front desk staff was very friendly welcoming. Catalina, booked my appointment and explained different packages and services that are offered. Emily waxed my eyebrows highly recommended ✨. Definitely this will be my go to spot. Very clean and friendly, this is what i expect when I go to get some self care 🧖‍♀️ great environment. 👏🏼👏🏼
