This Spa has been here for 33 years and we’re the first to do laser treatments! This was our first time here as we said this year we are going to take better care of ourselves and spoil ourselves! As first time patrons, we received a 20 % discount! I am slowly trying new things so I decided to get a massage and a manicure as well as a pedicure. My friend got ear candling and microdermabrasion treatment. Please forgive me if I say anything incorrectly as I am just learning about this. I had one of the best massages that almost put me to sleep it was so good. Now not everyone gives massages the same way as some might actually hurt you if it is done wrong. I found Spa Jolie through an Instagram ad and decided to come in for pigmentation removal. The pricing was very reasonable compared to other med spas in the city. I went for the Clear and Brilliant treatment and the entire experience was professional from start to finish. Everything was explained clearly, the staff was knowledgeable, and the treatment itself was so easy. I’ve been back for 3 treatments so far I’m already noticing improvement. I have been going to Spa Jolie since 2018, and almost 8 years later, it is still my favorite spa in NYC! The manager, Zach, is always very helpful and responsive when I have questions about any specific treatments or inquiries. I always appreciate how quickly he responds and how detailed his responses are. Tamara, the laser technician, is very friendly and does a diligent job each time I see her. She caters each of my sessions to specific target areas and monitors my progress. She also monitors how my skin is handling each treatment (sensitivity wise).
