Ive been going here for almost 3 years now. The owner is very sweet and always helping us with out bags, offering us water and sweets. Ive been going here since Gio and the staff was always very friendly, I know the owner keeps up his raising standards for the best. My nails always last forever - and I am a martial arts instructor so you can imagine what my hands go through. Overall, a wonderful experience, great service and great nails. I'm not sure what there is to be upset about.

I go to the gym next door and it was definitely time for a manicure again. Both the hair and nail salon are connected (like tj max and homegoods) so there's two different entrances. The cashier is in the middle at the front. Small color selection for both normal and gel polishes. But they also have dip powders which is a plus. The person who did my manicure was very knowledgeable everyone called him the boss haha. He was very detail oriented in making sure any left over polish thay landed on my cuticles or outside my nails was cleaned up post manicure. He wasn't wearing gloves nor did I see them wash their hands before or after helping me hence the 4 stars. They also didn't go right up to my cuticle so my nails look a little outgrown already. And their polishes are definitely thinner than

I had my gel manicure three weeks ago, my experience wasn’t that great , I asked them how much do you guys charge to remove this , she said 5$ !but today when I asked them to remove the gel manicure they charged 20$ ! They don’t communicate properly at all.It’s just awful experience that I had today.

2 weeks later my gel manicure still looks amazing! No chips after all this time (and I've put my nails through the wringer with travel and work). The manicure itself was not too long and relaxing with friendly staff checking up on myself and other customers. Highly recommend this salon!

***DON'T GO HERE*** I had such a TERRIBLE experience here last week and it just keeps getting WORSE! The lady who did my nails was rude and wouldn't fix the broken nails she put on said she'd paint over it and it'd be fine. We'll IT WASN'T! Never have I ever had nails come off or break off so quickly! I was completely overcharged! 1st time I went their with a friend and we paid 120$ for BOTH of us to get our nails done. 95$ to get my nails done. NEVER AGAIN! And I will pass this message on! If I could give ZERO stars I would!
