I cannot recommend Dr. Kazmi enough! She was so warm and welcoming the second I walked in, making me feel way less anxious than I normally do at the dentist. Dr. Kazmi was so knowledgeable and broke down my treatment plan for me step by step. She answered every question I had and made sure I felt comfortable before moving forward. She was very gentle during my cleaning, which I got done before my restorative work. She is so skilled with cosmetic dentistry, and my teeth whitening was done prior to my fillings and veneers to make sure every tooth was cohesive in color and shape. The most friendly, kind, comprehensive, thorough dentist I have ever had! She does beautiful work! I cannot say enough good things.

Very sad to be writing this because my first experience at this dentist was great, the dentist herself was very kind, they filled a chip in my tooth that insurance completely covered, they were very honest about my wisdom teeth. About 8 months later I went back, this time with a different dentist, I believe the one I’d had prior had moved practices, and I had a whole different experience, it feels as if this place was maybe bought up by a PE shop and had some major changes in pricing/insurance handling. I had a fantastic experience with Dr. Shruti. She was incredibly friendly from the moment I walked in, and the entire staff made me feel completely at ease. The dentist explained everything clearly and the entire procedure was truly painless. I’ve never felt more comfortable during a dental visit. Highly recommend!

However, I have noticed a concerning pattern of high dentist turnover over the last year or two, which has impacted that continuity. Despite this, I remained a loyal patient and cleared my entire workday to make my scheduled appointment. While my subway was delayed, I proactively communicated this to your office and confirmed I would arrive by 1:40 PM—a delay of only ten minutes. My experience with Dr. Kazmi was great! I went in for a cleaning and some fillings. She’s very knowledgeable and explained everything that was going to be done. She answered all my questions, both procedures were done seamlessly and painless! My visit did not feel rushed or overwhelming. Will definitely be returning to Dr. Kazmi for my future appointments.
