My wife and I recently enjoyed massages at Spa Botanica in Concord, NC, and the experience was truly exceptional. From the moment we walked in, we felt like royalty. The spa is impeccably clean, modern, and exudes a 5-star atmosphere. Every area, from the entrance and locker rooms to the refreshment and waiting areas, was designed for comfort and luxury. But the highlight was definitely the massage itself. My massage therapist, Noshua, was amazing! She exceeded my expectations with her Swedish massage, and her kneading technique was exactly what I was looking for. If we're ever in the Concord area again, a return visit to Spa Botanica is a must. If you want a truly fantastic massage experience, I highly recommend this spa!

Our January ritual has always been to start the year with a massage and a spa treatment and small but mighty Spa Botanica delivered!! Our couples visit included a body scrub,a bath and a massage. Our services exclusively used Farmhouse Fresh products, a brand I was keen to try! We were greeted and quickly brought to the spa area which was clean and well stocked with robes,slippers,tea,coffee and water. Our therapists Keisha and Jennifer were absolutely warm and welcoming. We felt very comfortable and dear husband said it was one of the best massages he's ever had!! The products left our skin feeling very pampered and hydrated. We would definitely encourage anyone staying at the hotel or just in the area to take advantage of Spa Botanica and Farmhouse Fresh Skincare

I’ve been a guest of Spa Botanica for over 15 years, and it continues to be exactly what a great spa should be. From the atmosphere to the service, every experience is consistently exceptional. All of the services are fantastic, and it truly feels like a place where relaxation and care are the priority. This past Friday after work, I treated myself to a massage with Keisha, and she was absolutely amazing. From the moment the service began, she made me feel completely relaxed, comfortable, and genuinely well cared for. Her skill, professionalism, and calming presence turned my visit into exactly what I needed after a long week. Once again, Spa Botanica delivered a wonderful experience. It remains my go-to spa and a place I trust for outstanding service every single time.

Lisa's facial was not only efficient but also indulgent, featuring a thorough application, a leisurely pace, and delightful extras like neck, hand, and foot massages. The added touch of hot towels and the option for wine elevated the experience. Highly recommended! 10/10! I am recharged! I love this spa! I love that they offer the luxury experience with plush robes, lockers, and slides! They also have snacks, and tea to enjoy between services. I enjoyed my massage, but the facial gave me life!!!!

I had a phenomenal experience with my prenatal massage! The staff were all exceptionally kind and polite, which really made me feel relaxed. There are a variety of snack and drink options available while you wait, including several types of tea and coffee, which was a huge plus as an always-hungry pregnant lady. It was awesome not having to leave the hotel to feel pampered. If I'm ever in the Charlotte/Concord area again, I would definitely book here again!
