From the moment we walked in, Augment Wellness made us feel welcomed and respected. The hospitality was top-tier — calm, professional, and genuinely caring. Phyllis was incredible. She took her time explaining every machine, how it works, what it’s for, and how it could specifically benefit us. Nothing felt rushed or scripted. You can tell they truly care about educating people, not just offering services. Every question we had was answered thoroughly, and they made sure we felt comfortable and confident using each therapy. The environment is clean, peaceful, and well-run. If you’re looking for a place that treats you like a human being, not just a customer, this is it. Highly recommend Augment Wellness — we’ll definitely be back.

This place is nothing short of AMAZING! From the services to the health benefits to the wonderful owners and staff. The health benefits are seemingly endless, and the owners/staff become like a second family with their kind, compassionate support. I wish I could give them 10 🌟 's. I got the tour plus the $50 experience package and it was worth every dollar. It was such a fun and cool experience. And on top of all of tit the staff was very helpful and d pleasant to deal with. If you’re tired of driving to charlotte for these kind of services than check Augment out, you won’t regret it.

What an unbelievable adventure. From start the finish you know something incredible is taking place, the staff, the atmosphere, the sound, it’s all so amazing! The owners are very present, pleasant and knowledgeable, which is a nice change of pace now days. It’s a wonder that truly should be experienced for your self, after my fist core session (compression, infer red sauna, cold plunge, traditional sauna) I felt so great and focused I wanted to run a marathon! (I do not run) I’ve had horrible sciatica recently and swelling in my feet and ankles, this has truly helped me deal with a lot of the pain, just after a few visits I can tell this needs be a regular routine for me and I plan on finding a way to work them into my schedule at least 3 to 4 times a week!
