Everything is amazing including Gerardo who has such healing hands as a licensed massage therapist. The detox body scrub/massage was the perfect package choice. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating. The entire spa experience was fabulous and relaxing. Kudos to everyone for being so customer service friendly and polite. I will definitely be back for additional services. Thank you for helping to make this stay so enjoyable!!

weirdest and worst massage EVER. Tried 4 lockers, no robes. While waiting for the massage in the lounge, I had to listen to Led Zeplin, Whole Lotta Love..... not relaxing. My masseuse was supposed to do a 50 minute massage but only did 36 minutes. He did one side one way and then the other side differently. So odd that he uncovered my right leg and when done, left it exposed while he uncovered my right arm. Each side of my body was fully exposed (nothing inappropriately was out) until he was done with the ENTIRE side. Rather than wrapping each foot in a hot towel, he laid a hot towel across both feet and put the blanket over the wet towel. The amenities were pristine, well-maintained, and exactly what you'd expect from a high-end spa. Everyone I interacted with was warm and professional, and I could tell they genuinely wanted guests to have a great experience. Unfortunately, my massage was anything but. Updating my review to one star after this place decided to fire a massage therapist the night before I had a 9am massage scheduled. They left a voicemail at 5pm the night before asking me to give them a call back and then didn’t answer when I called the next morning so I was already halfway there when I found out my appt was cancelled. The front desk is a disorganized mess. It’s unfortunate as Gerardo is great, but I won’t be back. I was so pleasantly surprised by this spa! Very clean with nice amenities. And my deep tissue massage with Gerardo was OUTSTANDING!!!

My girlfriend and I had massages scheduled, and we thought they were at 2 pm. At 11 am, the spa called her and ask her where we were. We couldn't find the spa anywhere in the place. Finally, we found it was so stressed out when we arrived. Tabitha was the best at what she died. With 12 years experience she was excellent. THANK YOU, TABITHA. YOU'RE THE BEST
