My experience was really good. The building is beautiful and the rooms and decorations are amazing. The people there were really nice and I recommend Jillian. She did my facial and she made sure everything was right and I was relaxed. She also was really nice and was very relaxing. I highly recommend

I did an eyebrow wax and tint with Klaudjia, and it’s the best my eyebrows have ever looked after a wax and tint service. I told her my concerns about sparse areas and the dye looking too shocking, she listened and made them look even and natural. The service was efficient and professional and I couldn’t be happier. I’ll definitely be back!

I got to work with Vada, who was very attentive& kind. She made sure I left with all my questions answered &concerns relieved. I also left my consultation with some free samples she curated just for me! My skin already feels better, plump and hydrated!

I met with Jillian for facial wax services (brow, chin, lip). The spa is spacious and really cute! Bigger than I expected for sure. Before getting started she asked if I had previously used the kind of wax that she was going to be using that day, making sure I was comfortable in knowing the process. She asked what exactly I was looking for as far as style and precision. During the wax, she was gentle, thorough and ensured my comfort and safety. Afterwards, she made sure to dampen any redness using aloe and reassured my satisfaction by asking if there were any spots I felt needed touched up or fixed. Overall, my experience was one of the most cleanly, gentle, and satisfactory experiences that I have had in my several years (15+) of waxing experiences. I would recommend Jillian and Elegant

Vada is incredible at what she does! I came in for a facial, lash lift, and a brow wax. The whole experience was very relaxing and full of great conversation. She handled my extremely sensitive skin with grace, and I came out looking like a brand new gal. Highly recommend!
