Spa Belles Nail on Broadway

Spa Belles on Broadway is the cleanest, calmest, and most relaxing nail salon within the area. Every time I go, it’s empty & I enjoy the serene music that is always on. It is directly across from Grace Church, which is a pretty view looking outside. However, I’d say I have had better manicures before and for cheaper (I paid $25+tip) but the team was extremely nice and attentive. I also don’t think they have as many color options for a regular Essie or OPI mani. I live nearby, so it’s easy for me but wouldn’t go out of my way to come to this salon.

I paid about $255 for a manicure and powder nails that left me injured and disappointed. The service took over two hours, and during most of that time the technician filed my nails and cuticles so aggressively that they became raw, red, and even bleeding. I don’t get my nails done often, so I trusted the professional and assumed the discomfort was normal, only later did I realize how damaging it was. The result was painful, inflamed skin, swollen nail beds, and visible scabbing that looked like dried blood around my nails. This was supposed to be for my wedding, yet I was left with unattractive and painful nails I had to look at all day. I would highly recommend this place as one of the best waxing salons in New York. I was very hesitant at first because I have extremely sensitive skin, and I was worried about irritation. However, Otti did an amazing job with my facial waxing and was very gentle and professional throughout the entire process. She made me feel comfortable and at ease, and my skin turned out great with no issues at all. I was truly satisfied with the experience, and it was absolutely the best. I will definitely be coming back again.

honestly … WAYYYY TOO EXPENSIVE. I feel like I got scammed and overcharged. $200 for a set and no gel x or anything like that. They don’t tell you the full pricing until they’re done with the nails. Nothing even extraordinary just overpriced for no reason l :/ I’ll stick to my og nail people in my neighborhood. #robbed

The store was so clean and relaxing. I had a short amount of time from my lunch break. I wanted a mani pedi done at the same time and they accommodated me immediately. The service was great. I just wished I had more time to enjoy more. All the staff was very friendly as well. Overall a very good experience
