Spa Belles Nail

I went to Spa Belles yesterday for a dip chrome manicure ($89), and unfortunately, I had a very unpleasant experience. My nail technician, Esther, was extremely rough with my nails despite me explaining that my cuticles are sensitive. She used the drill in a way that left me sore and slightly swollen this morning. When I mentioned my discomfort, she insisted that I couldn’t have been nicked since I wasn’t bleeding, instead of acknowledging that she had been too aggressive. What disappointed me most was the lack of professionalism—no apology, no effort to adjust her approach, and the receptionist even tried to frame her behavior as “patient,” putting the blame back on me rather than addressing the issue. I still tipped $20 out of courtesy, but I left feeling unheard, dismissed, and unhapp

The worst manicure experience I’ve ever had. Gel X nails were $105 and 4 nails fell off within 24 hours and they would not refund me at all. Terrible customer service

Great environment and everybody is so friendly! Highly recommend. I did my nails with Kate she did a great job (Gel manicure and eyebrows) definitely will be going back😁

I don't get the bad reviews! I love this nail salon. Everyone who works here is friendly and good at what they do. Actually, except for one nail technician; I don't know her name, but she's one of the newer ones. That's pretty impressive though - to have only 1 bad employee. The prices are a little high. A very basic pedi is $35 before tax and tip. Other than that, I def recommend this salon. It's very clean and the music is relaxing (as long as the other women who come in don't arrive as a pair or group and are actually quiet).

I got my nails completely ruined!!! I told the technician not to buff them and guess what?? She did buff them, and even with a rough buffer! Now my nails are completely scratched and looking like I’ve been rubbing floors all day!!! They never apologized and upon telling them what happened, they charged me $20 for a simple, no polish, rubbish manicure! Avoid at all costs!!
