I came in for an all-over color and ended up pivoting from my original idea, as the appointment type did not match my ideas. I had concerns about whether my hair would hold red due to how light my ends were, and I asked multiple times. I was reassured it would be fine, so I trusted the process. When I left the salon, everything initially seemed okay. However, once I got home and really saw my hair in different lighting, I realized how intensely bright and fiery my roots were. The space itself is absolutely beautiful clean, calming, and welcoming from the moment you walk in. Beyond that, the entire staff is incredibly friendly, professional, and always makes you feel valued and comfortable. I especially want to highlight my esthetician, Felicia, whom I’ve been seeing for over a year now. She is truly one of a kind. Felicia is not only kind, patient, and understanding, but she is also exceptional at what she does. Every appointment with her feels comfortable, safe, and personalized. Ingridy is amazing! Ive had my hair extensions for years and have had many blowouts done by lots of stylists and yesterday I was complimented and asked who did my hair!! 10 times !!! and even the next day compliments. From hubby and my staff !!Highly recommend!
