Spa at the Del Monte

I got a massage and facial. The servicer’s were very sweet and had a nice relaxing energy. However, I had made an appointment online 2 weeks prior, and when I went in to said appointment, I was told it never existed and that I had to rebook(I had a screenshot of the appointment confirming it was made on the Spa website). I was very upset. I rebooked still and when I showed up for that appointment, there were two large trucks parked in the front lot taking up a total of TWELVE parking spots. I had to park all the way in the back. I liked the waiting area, the shower was nice, they had some super yummy teas, and I was able to sip on that, enjoy the silence and read my book. I have been going to Del Monte for 5+ years and I've had facials, mani/pedi's and a couple massages, and all have been great. My go-to estetician is Gigi. Gigi's facials are amazing. She really puts the work in and I always leave feeling refreshed. In addition to providing great service she went above and beyond when she researched the products I am using and gave me feedback. Gigi is very friendly and easy going. I highly recommend you book with her.

I highly recommend this place! I absolutely enjoyed my massage, and as I write this, I'm having the most wonderful pedicure. I just wish I had arrived earlier than planned so I could have enjoyed the sauna, which would have been fantastic!

Been going here for years and I absolutely love this place!! Jade gave me a deep tissue and I swear it was the best massage I’ve ever had here!! She is AMAZING!!! I left feeling so refreshed! She killed it! I’ll absolutely be coming back for her! Also the showers are a go to after there are jets everywhere lol!

I visited the spa for the first time on Monday, November 17th for a gel manicure, and unfortunately, the polish on my right thumb chipped in less than seven days. After two unreturned phone calls, I stopped by the spa to request a redo or refund. Leah at the front desk was very respectful and showed real concern about my issue. She assured me that Paula would follow up since she wasn’t available to see me at that moment. Later that day, Paula reached out and graciously offered to redo the nail for me. Unfortunately, I didn’t have availability that day, so she kindly offered to send me a gift certificate for future use.
