Spa and Nail Fever

Cons: The overall quality just isn’t there. Full sets don’t last as long as they should, the shaping and cuticle work aren’t very detailed, and nails can break way too early, which is exactly what happened to me most recently. When I went back with a clearly new set and one nail that had literally peeled off, they charged me $10 to fix their work for 1 nail. When I questioned the high cost the guy at the front desk got weirdly whiny and started raising his voice, which was unnecessary. I was willing to pay or tip even though the error was theirs but $10 plus tip for 1 nail and their error felt very unfair. I still agreed to the charge just to avoid the drama. If I could give it 0 stars I would. They made a complete mess of my nails and when I said it looks really bad and messy the nail technician started shouting and swearing at me saying it was my fault my nails are too short and started saying whatever the case you still have to pay. They charged me $88 for what looks like a job given to a toddler let loose with a nail polish. Avoid this place at all costs.

The WORST service ever!! DO NOT GO TO GUY NAMED HOANG PHANG. He yelled and made disgusting comments and got aggressive. He can’t handle critic and didn’t finish what he started. In there you find the most unfriendly people act as if you have to do a favor for them or if you have to force them to be there. They do what is convenient for them not what you want. Go to the one in Brickell City Center instead same price and SOOOOO MUCH BETTER SERVICE QUALITY AND SUCH FRIENDLY PEOPLE

Felt very dirty and uncomfortable getting pedicure here. Tools seemed dirty and I was cut multiple times. Was very worried about getting an infection. Polish did not last long. Despite this, staff were very friendly

Just don’t go. You can’t make this up. They aren’t fit to do the toenails of a cow and that’s me being nice. It’s the worst experience I’ve ever had at a nail spa. I’m too embarrassed to even show the picture. It’s unbelievable. Whatever you do, don’t you dare pay extra for the French. They can’t do it
