Spa 4109

This is my happy place! It is the best gift ive ever given myself! ..a facial at Spa 4109. A friend suggested it before my daughter's wedding and I've been going nearly ever month since then. Everyone is so friendly and they make you feel like a special guest! The interior is beautiful! And it always smells good. They have a great deal on something every month!

I went for a for a facial, but unfortunately, I left feeling concerned about the hygiene standards. My aesthetician was visibly sick and coughing throughout the entire treatment without wearing a mask. While I understand that staff may fall ill, I was disappointed that management allowed a service to proceed under these conditions, especially given the close proximity required for a facial. Aesthetician insisted she had allergies. Still, mask should be used when you are working with clients in such close quarters. Due to these safety concerns, I won't be returning.

I received a massage gift certificate & used it within a week. was told by giver AND when I checked by receptionist that it covered gratuity. Then, suddently, for no reason offered - i was told I needed to pay an additional $5 to receive the massage. Hmm. I arrived early as requested, but the massage started nearly 20 minutes late. I wasn’t worried at this point since I wasn’t the one running late. Masseuse did their own flow, didn’t really listen to my problem spots, and finished the massage 5+ minutes early. 50-55 min massage max. In short, I had to pay an extra $5 on top of the JUST PURCHASED gift certificate for a mediocre and shorter than advertised massage. There are plenty of other massage joints in town - go anywhere but here.

Today was my second time here and both times I have gotten a massage I've had Vickie. She is AMAZING. She asks questions about your preferences and she's very kind. Any time I come back I'll be requesting her. 10/10!!

Unbelievable massage! I had one hour deep tissue today with Ashley. I probably was the best massage of my life. Great pressure, worked my tough, stressed shoulders… really pulled all the tension out of me. This is a lovely place. I highly recommend it.
