Paige at Fantasy Factory is a true artist! I will never go anywhere else in Lynchburg again. The experience is consistently wonderful. Kenzie gave me an amazing wash, head massage and hot towel combo in the most relaxing washroom I've ever seen. Paige knows exactly what to do with curly hair, she works with my hair and curls not against them. My hair is as healthy and curly as it's ever been. You can tell a lot of thought goes into the atmosphere of the salon as well, the vibes are sensational.

I had the absolute best experience with Kenzie and the salon owner Paige! Kenzie did my hair and it turned out perfect—exactly what I wanted. She was so talented, attentive, and genuinely cared about getting every detail right. Paige was just as amazing and welcoming, and together they created such a positive, comfortable atmosphere. They also went out of their way to make my mom feel comfortable, which meant so much to me. Truly an amazing experience from start to finish. I can’t recommend them enough!

I first met the lovely Jamie when she was working at another salon. She since made a life change and is now here at Fantasy Factory! This is truly the funnest, cutest, and comfortable salon! I love the vibe and decorations and how they have their stations set up. While getting your hair colored you don't have to stare at yourself in the mirror with the cover up on and the crazy fools or color all over... Your color is applied and you process in a different chair without staring at yourself in a mirror. Now, this may seem like a weird detail but for me, I loved it and appreciated it. Jamie... I can't say enough about this lovely soul! She LISTENS to you during the consultation and guess what? The results are always incredible and I leave feeling confident, refreshed, and brand new! Loved the entire experience! Got a hair treatment and cut. The scalp massage alone was worth the money. Kenzie did a WONDERFUL job with my hair, she was so helpful in figuring out what i was wanting, very patient. Paige was also wonderful to interact with! Hair turned out exactly as I hoped, and I highly recommend!
