I absolutely love this nail salon! From the moment you walk in, the customer service is outstanding. Everyone is so welcoming, attentive, and genuinely cares about making sure you’re comfortable. They offer drinks, which makes the experience feel even more relaxing and luxurious. The nail techs are incredibly talented and take their time to make sure everything is perfect. My nails always come out exactly how I want them, and the pedicures are amazing. I got my pedicure done by Jennifer. Very thorough, soothing, and done with great attention to detail.

I normally don’t leave reviews, but I am beyond frustrated with the service I received today. I came in for a simple pedicure—square cut with white polish—nothing fancy, nothing complicated. Yet somehow, I was charged $78 for work that was absolutely subpar. The technician, Tuyen, could not get the shape right no matter how many times I explained that I wanted a clean, square cut. She rushed through the entire process, didn’t smooth or clean up properly, and the polish job was streaky, uneven, and already looks like it’s going to chip. For that price, I expected at least basic attention to detail. To say I’m disappointed is an understatement. I walked out feeling like I paid premium prices for drugstore-quality work. I had an excellent experience. Jenny did a wonderful job with the builder gel and French manicure. I’ve been coming here for months and I always receive top tier service. The environment is friendly and clean.

Did not get what I asked for…Had three diff people assigned to my feet and still they couldn’t manage to do them right. First one started my feet and then just got up and left to attend another customer. Left me there sitting long enough for my toes skin to start to crinkle. Then she assigned the lady doing my friends toes to do mine after. She never got to it cause some other lady came out of no where and was just rushing my feet. Very adamant to pick a color. Nail polish is coming up. My nails are not painted completed. They used electric nail filer to file my cuticle. No push back. No clean up. She cut me on my big toe and it’s sore today so I put peroxide to avoid any infection.. I have video footage of this terrible job.!! Then the manager or whoever at checkout was trying to charge m

This is my third time of coming to this spa, & I received absolutely horrible service today. I like the environment so clean but some of the techs needs to do better. Their charges are unreasonable compared to the service they render. I asked the tech to do square French tip with round at the "edges" but instead he made it round all through with horrible painting on it. He didn't pay attention to details or finishing at all. I quietly left the place because I don't want to sound rude but I was extremely upset. I felt like I just wasted my money. I won't be recommending this place to anyone.
