Not greeted nor friendly when we entered, and then rushed out the store early before the posted closing time. If the store has a posted closing time, I expect for the store to close on time and not early. Otherwise adjust the hours.

Never again…when you walk in you’re not greeted but automatically someone following you through every aisle. Not cool…I understand others mess it up for people but this was very uncomfortable and will not spend another penny here. I wish it could have been zero stars.

This is indeed a beauty mart. A one stop shop for all beauty supplies. It’s big, fully stocked and well organized. I purchased a wig at a reasonable price from their wide selection of wigs on display. First time here and maybe I would come back even though I’m not super impressed with their service. Beauty Mart is a great beauty supply store! I love it. I would reccomend this store to anyone especially if they live in the the area. The atmosphere is very welcoming and there is a great amount of customer service. The floor staff are very helpful and polite. I always find what I am looking for they have a huge selection of products.

It amazes me that an establishment that caters to predominantly black customers operates with contempt for the very people they need to exist. Even though there is a great selection and variety of products, the annoyance of being followed and having your every move watched takes away from the potential of this place. The Asians that own this store have started to hire black people. However, if shoplifting occurs so often that patrons need to be watched throughout their entire shopping experience. I think it’s common sense to implement a more effective process or to invest in security. For now, I only visit this store because it is the only one that I can obtain By Natures products from. Trust and believe that as soon as I find another retailer, I will no longer visit this store.
