Mindy is a godsend. I wish I could give her 1,000 stars. Mindy is kind, patient and honest, a true master of her craft. She transformed my daughter’s hair from bleached blonde frizz (from another salon) to beautiful sun-kissed brunette in one visit. And managed to make her hair healthier in the process! Mindy spent a lot of time explaining what could be done, showing us pictures and answering our questions. My daughter’s hair turned out better than we could ever imagine. Mindy and her sweet assistant gave my daughter her confidence back and we’re so grateful. The transformation pictures speak for themselves :) And Sow salon is beautiful!!

Sarah and Madison are chefs kiss! Both so great at their trades and would recommend to anyone! I have went to both for cuts, and lived in color. Because of their expertise I only get my hair done 1-2 times per year and my color is still flawless!

Brittany is a red hair wizard! I just started going to her back in September 2021, and I've left happy every time. She's always really patient and attentive when I describe the cut and color I want. My hair also has a weird track record of not always holding color after it's been bleached, so when this happened recently and it turned out more blonde than I wanted, she reapplied the color a second time, promising I would leave happy with the results-- and I did! Overall Sow Salon has been a great experience. And as long as I'm in Nashville, Brittany will be my go-to stylist!
