As your prices go up and up service and your paper goes down and down. I receive the print edition to take to my 97 yr old mother who grew up in this area so she can read the obits. When she passes that will definitely be the end of my subscription. I have been a loyal customer since 1978 when I moved to the area. Today I am trying to contact the AUTOMATED line to report failed delivery twice this week, unfortunately all I get is a recording saying the mailbox is full and I could not even leave a message. Newspapers are losing business every day so one would think that they would do something to encourage subscribers to continue with them. Feel free to call me with apologies, soothingly words or whatever you can muster An angry subscriber!

See if *you* can speak with someone, other than a receptionist who tells you to use the lobby phone. Zero. Big fat zero. For service.
