I cancelled my membership at the end of February IN PERSON and was told I would be charged one more month. Well, I’ve been charged for two months in addition to that, I’ve called the salon twice and this hasn’t yet been rectified. More than $130 of theft. Nevermind their beds are outdated and not kept up well. 100% do not recommend. Edit: email posted below appears to be incorrect.

Not very clean. Very outdated beds. Fans don’t work. 2 of the desk people are very kind and nice. The one lady was AWFUL. Couldn’t figure out how to run my card. Asked if I could leave it at the desk with her. No ma’am. I drive past here and have to pay for the membership and won’t even go in.

Never actually made it in to the salon. Called to get some questions answered(since the website is useless). Spoke to Laura and she was absolutely rude on the phone. I was going to try and come while on my lunch at work but I think I’ll take my business elsewhere.

UPDATE: 3 years later, I get a reply from the owner to contact them at a "protected" email address. 🤔🤷‍♀️ First time I went only half of me got tan. Figured it was bad bulbs so I gave them another try. This time, I got no tan at all. The bulbs weren't even warm much less hot. It was the most unrelaxing 15 minutes at any tanning salon I've ever gone to. I'll drive 30 minutes to go to my usual tanning salon from now on. Waste of time, waste of money, and extremely disappointing. I will not be back.
